Greenish-yellow in colour with a complex and elegant nose with mineral aromas, Reineta apple and dried flowers. On the palate, it is mineral and complex with green fruit. A very smooth finish with good volume.
The 2024 harvest was earlier than the previous year, which contributed to a more gradual ripening of the grapes. The weather was perfect for harvesting the grapes, as the storms and rainfall came after the harvest was complete. The harvest was characterised by progressive ripening and an ideal balance between alcohol content and acidity.
On this occasion, it was the first Designation of Origin in Galicia to begin harvesting, with exceptional grape quality and excellent health.
