The 2025 vintage has been described as historic, standing out for its record production and excellent quality, in stark contrast to the smaller harvests recorded in other Spanish wine regions. The weather conditions allowed for optimal and balanced ripening. The harvest was characterised by high-quality grapes and an early, staggered harvest. The wines are expected to be fragrant, with pronounced notes of white fruit, tropical fruit, fresh grass and hints of citrus. Wines with good structure, verticality and freshness, featuring balanced acidity and a silky yet persistent finish with the salinity characteristic of the region.
